The platform

Every interaction. Every department. Every rooftop.

Argus 360 runs mystery shops, scores what it captures against compliance and operations, and seals the evidence behind every finding. Sales and BDC ship first. Service, Parts, the sales recovery engine, and the enterprise view are coming next.

The audit

We run the mystery shops. You get a scored Report Card.

No vendor combines synthetic outbound shopping across four channels with a department-by-department scorecard. Call analytics grade the real calls that come in. Argus runs the test transaction and grades the surfaces those tools cannot reach.

01

Shop

Controlled interactions go out across voice, text, email, and web form, in states where one-party consent applies.

02

Capture

Each interaction is recorded and transcribed, then written to a sealed, write-once record at the moment of capture.

03

Score

The engine grades every interaction against the compliance rubric and the operational standards, by department.

04

Report

Findings post to the dashboard and roll up into a monthly Report Card, each linked to its evidence.

Voice

Recorded calls captured on a tracking line, scored against the pricing and disclosure scripts.

Text

SMS conversations via gateway, with opt-out tracked and response time measured.

Email

A monitored inbox captured over IMAP, scored on quote completeness and required disclosures.

Web form

Lead submissions parsed from a form webhook, with the callback clock started at submission.

Listing integrity

Alongside the four channels, Argus verifies advertised pricing and disclosures across the top three third-party listing platforms, so the price a shopper sees online is checked against the price they hear on the phone.

The Report Card

The mystery shop is the input. The Report Card is the product.

A fixed structure a principal recognizes in seconds: the score, the exposure, the findings, the trend, the evidence. It ships monthly and exports clean.

Cover and executive summary. Trust Score, compliance and operations figures, the trend line, three findings maximum.
Department findings. Sales and BDC at launch. Service, Parts, and Complaint Escalation each get their own rubric, coming next.
Evidence appendix and action plan. Transcripts and hashes attach to the PDF, with recommended next steps.
Delivered to up to three stakeholders per rooftop at launch. The recipient cap lifts with the Enterprise tier.

Evidence

Sealed at capture. Nothing paraphrased.

Open any finding and the evidence is right there: the recording, the waveform, the transcript line that broke the rule, and the rule itself. The forensic data is set on the record so it reads as evidence.

Write-once records. A SHA-256 hash is computed at capture and never changes. If a record is altered, the hash will not match and the seal breaks visibly.
Chain of custody. Recordings export with chain-of-custody metadata, suitable as forensic documentation.
PII masked. Card and SSN digits are redacted before scoring.

Compliance engine

Rule packs in force, maintained against live enforcement.

The scoring engine grades the floor against the rules as written. A team maintains the rubric as new state laws and federal actions land, which is work a generic voice vendor cannot justify.

Available now

Network brand standards. An OEM-level experience rubric applied across the network.

A boundary worth stating

Argus 360 scores against the law as written. It does not give legal advice. Your counsel sets policy; the engine measures the floor against it and shows the evidence. In all-party states, voice is excluded because a call cannot be recorded there; text, email, and web-form shops run everywhere.

Coming Next

Sales recovery turns a diagnostic into a closed loop.

The most common finding in any audit is lost revenue from slow or missing follow-up. Recovery is the fix, delivered inside the product that found the problem.

01

Identify

The audit flags every missed or mishandled lead across sales and BDC.

02

Quantify

Each one carries the gross the rooftop left on the table.

03

Re-engage

Voice, email, and SMS in your brand and on your timing.

04

Review or auto-send

Approve each touch, or let it send so a busy day never stalls a lead.

05

Hand off

When the prospect warms, it routes to your salesperson to close.

Where it stops

Argus does the patient, repetitive outreach and teases the opportunity back to warm. It stops short of the close, so the salesperson keeps the relationship, the deal, and the commission. The audit finds the dollars left on the table. The recovery engine goes and gets them, then steps aside.

Coming Next · Enterprise

The level above the rooftop view.

Brand standards are not compliance. Compliance asks whether the law was followed. Brand standards ask whether the experience met the bar your OEM set. A store can pass one and miss the other. This view scores the experience across the whole network.
